Alhamdulillah..marissa's temperature settling down..sempat kasi 2 doses je..tried to minimize medications usage actually..haha..my husband of course totally disagreed..haha..die kata for medicine to be effective, we need to take it according to d dosage freq and at least a day...lalalala.. kalau ikutkan patutnye 6 hourly =4 times..hehe...

d85 high grade fever

post vaccination fever..high grade fever ok!!38.6!woke up this morning and rasa badan marissa panas..daddy dh pergi keje so brought her to my mom and my mom suruh tepid sponging stat.and of course paracetemol stat!seb baek feeding ok and active as usual..so xde la risau mane..tapi mmg tepid sponging whole day lah..
aunty jaja pon demam..aritu pergi terengganu tgk die and yesterday my mom and my dad pergi amik die sebab demam xsurut2..risau jugak sebab temperature aunty jaja sampai 40.5 kot!tinggi sangat tu...

brought marissa to TMC clinic today and had her first pneumococcal vaccine..quite expensive but i rather pay than seeing her with streptococcus pneumoniae infection..it cost us rm275 for a dose..i dont know how it cost in other clinics..tmc is run by a paediactrician and obstetrician..=) haritu masa jaundice pon marissa pergi check kat sana lah..at least kat sini die buat full checkup kat marissa..examine lungs, heart, abdomen etcetera..kalau g klinik kesihatan utk amik jab mane diorg buat semua tu..memang lah both of us r doctors but we are not a paediatrician..takut termiss ape2 ke kan?

Aunty jaja demam...temperature sampai 40.5..everyone is worried so we head up to terengganu to visit her..aunty jaja xnak balik sebab die ade final on 10th june..daddy drive sampai UNIZAR...sampai unizar amik aunty jaja g klinik sebab nampak condition ok sikit kot..klinik tu quite bad la actually..seriously..bayar rm40 tapi BP pon x check?what the??masuk2 tanye sakit ape?then after my sis cakap demam die xtanye pon symptoms lain..die terus amik temperature which was 38.5 then amik torch light tgk tonsils and dengar lungs which i dont think die dengar pon sebab main letak je..dengar pon kat depan je?tak pass medical school ke?tak tau ke lungs kene dengar belakang jugak?lepas tu sebab my sis mmg dok sneeze kan so diagnosis die terus URTI-upper resp tract infection..without even asking ade myalgia ke?ade dengue symtoms ke?ade AGE symptoms ke?macam hello?u r a doctor right?i boleh je camtu..lepas tu terus kasi ubat paracetemol and amoxicillin..hmm semua org pon boleh jadi doctor camtukan?
so adik2 medical student jangan jadi camni ek..as a doctor examine properly..patient put a trust on u to diagnose them and treat them correctly..dont take things for granted..and my sister?in the end malam tu temperature spiking again and was brought by her friends to emergency department...she even needs a drip sebab dehydrated!that doctor didnt even bother to ask her appetite!kalau ni dengue and dengue shock camne?aiyokkk..
be a safe doctor...u might kill a patient if u dont examine them correctly..macam dalam cerita greys anatomy season 6 episode 6...that doctor was distracted and forgot to examine pt's throat which simply led to a death...as simple as that...so guys-be a safe doctor!..

yeay!alhamdulillah marissa survived her first flight..behave sangat2..tak nangis pon..sayangg anak mommy..i brought 5oz ebm dlm bottle in case susah kan nak breastfeed tapi alhamdulillah ok jer utk breastfeed.. breastfeed die masa nak naik and masa nak turun..well actually throughout the journey pon..hehe..memang la x nangis kan?hahaha..
its quite difficult actually nak travel dengan baby and bag sume..tu pon i bawak handbag jer..mmg salute la those yang travel alone without helper/husband..sampai klia my husband dh tunggu dah so nnaik kete and pergi breakfast kat our fav kedai nasi lemak.. lepas tu balik kasi daddy tdo kejap b4 keluar..masa nak keluar tu nampak ade banners for mother and baby expo kat PWTC..so ape lagi kan..pergi ker sana la kiteorg..tapi x banyak sangat pon shopping sebab brg yg kiteorg nak takde..was looking for a bumbo seat tapi xde..tapi sempat la belikan baju kurung utk marissa and maryam and alia..masa kat pwtc tu marissa BO dengan banyaknya sampai seluar pon kene so kiteorg sempat belikan die satu dress..hehe..alang2 kan?lalalala
then lepas tu pergi cari barang eshue kat one utama..and of course mommy took the opportunity utk beli n mamam gareth popcorn banyak2..geram tgk chocs and candies kat candylicious tu..kalau marissa dh besar tentu die dh ngamuk2 nak beli..hehe..eshue cari brg kat jusco while mommy browsing few shops looking for high chair and few others..morthercare of course la kan main shop yang mommy cari..hehe..after that rushing pergi rumah my uncle- ayah ja kat sierramas valencia.. suka sangat pergi rumah die cuz tenang sangat2..rase mcm kat ireland sebab die community gated..so xder gate btween each houses tu..tp nak masuk leceh sikit la sebab guard die of course la particular kan?rumah my uncle tu pon sangat chantek..=) rumah sebelah die pon chantek2..kalau ade tempat camtu kat kelantan kan best?im going to do my best utk dapatkan rumah camtu if ade kat kelantan..hehe..:p..=) my uncle still ade baby kecik 4years old..hehe..die sangat sukekan baby so dok main ngan marissa sambil nyanyi2..comel je...
lepas abis tu sambung shopping lagi sekali kat one midvalley...sempat makan laksa even dh dinner kat rumah my uncle..then heading home sebab eshue kene kemaskan barang2 utk esok..eshue dh takde appetite dh nak makan..hehe..sian eshue...well thats all for today.bye!
