now im just waiting for the official result to be posted up on ucc student email.

Alhamdulillah i dapat patient yang sangat baek hati...
Owh n to my dear classmates that are going to have their medicine exam tomorrow or on wednesday, pls make sure u eat ur bfast..I finished my exam at 230pm and i was starving. I ate a bit of coco+vanila youghurt in the bus for my breakfast but it just not enough..

Long case:
he is really nice as well!very cooperative and very helpful.. he has a lot of things going on with him..he just came for the purpose of examination on the background history of sarcoidosis n pulm fibrosis, congenital bicuspid aortic valve + mechanical valve replacement and squamous cell carcinoma in situ of the anus. And he had lotsss of admission to the hospital..u named it.-pneumonia, tuberculosis, tonsillectomy, astmatic attack bla bla....seriously...and i only had 12minutes to do my examination.. I was soooo cuak on that time but he asked me to calm down.. On examination he has bilaterally reduced air entry in the basal of the lungs with rhonci on right side..Apart from that he has median sternotomy and mechanical heart valve click.. Also on abdominal examination i found umbilical hernia whichhh he never knw he had one and hip hip hoorey..haha...hehehe..:p...laaala.....Other than that xde dh positive findings die..owh and he is on home oxygen for 14hrs a day with a minimum of 4times combivent nebs everyday...ngeee...mmg history die complex gile..medications die bole sampai satu page kot..huhu...owh tapi die punye vital ok..he is haemodynamically stable..=)

Xrays
-i got 6 or 7 xrays..i cant really remember..but dr k.o was there to monitor how the examination went on..xrays ni depends on urself kot..some people got 4-5 and some people got 5-6..and they told u straight away when u entered that room-tell us straight away the diagnosis if u could find one..i ade satu ni stuck that she had to guide me-cannonball metastasize from renal cell carcinoma..hahaha..selamat la...

short cases
-ni pon depends gak how many stations did u get..i dapat all 5..some people dapat 4..depends..
1. Jaundice..so soklan sal jaundice sket2..they will move u quickly after u got the diagnosis..
2. Bilateral thenar muscle wasting + carpal tunnel syndrome.hahaha..diagnosis?=Gout. haha..memang blank r kejap.hahaha..tapi at least bole dapat diagnosis..alhamdulillah..
3. Mitral click + mitral regurgitation...
4. Fundoscopy!!hahaha..seb baek post-laser treatment for diabetic retinopathy je.. masa pegang fundoscope tu i cam dalam hati, I WOULD NEVER KNOW THIS. hahaha..tapi kejap jeee dapat tgk black area of laser treatment tu and alhamdulillah dapat diagnosis..hehe..=)
5. hepatomegaly+raised jvp= tricuspid regurgitation..
