but when it comes to clinical..
im suck...
really2 suck..
i couldnt really tell she has bitemporal hemianopia or homonymous hemianopia..
im not confident enough to tell my examiner whether he has hyper or hyporeflexia..
and serious i xsuke neuro skarang ni..

i tried..
neuro is the only chapter yang i read inside out from davidson and oxford..
tapi unfortunately mmg xingat2..
hahaha..kan best kalau die tanye soklan neuroanat n neurophysio like what is mamillothalamic tract?
how papez circuit affect ur memory?
hahaha..anatomy...or what is rem sleep?
or perhaps something like neurofibrilary tangles n amyloid plaque in alzheimer's?

malam ni mmg kene start bace emergency la sebab diorg ckp kalau teruk sanagt dieorg akan tanye emergency...and malam ni gak kene start baca sal clinical examination..my pharmacology knowledge pon dh level off dah..

why rase sangat x ready?padahal ade 2 weeks gap kot ari tu?
xpe2..take it slowly..esok kene usha xrays+ecg+video exam..
