nyway i have constipation..always have constipation..i bought nona roguy punye set bersalin and orang kampung..ade akar2 kayu n jamu2 semua bagai la..mula2 my mom suruh makan yg jamu tu but i took it only on 3rd day..and only for that day..hahha.xsedap ok!air akar kayu sume bla bla i x mkn la..cuma ade satu je i amik on day5 postbbersalin..phytonatal from nona roguy..bgus jugak cuma baby pon mcm asek b.o jugak la.makan sebijik sembelit jugak so i took 2 and not everyday..every 2-3days..takut ade effect pape kat baby..baca rv xpe tapi over anxious mother kan?hehe..tapi pantang mmg follow jugak la sikit2.jalan pelan2 tu susah nak buat sebab ill always jalan laju2 and naik turun tangga tu biasa la.xkan la smapai nak lembikkan diri sebab pantang kan?
