okeh..ari ni pagi mmg ponteng...afternoon session lak exercise stress test+ecg... not that bad...he is a good teacher but he was late for an hour!!!bosan gile menunggu...bak kate patient semalam, it doesnt really matter if he is too busy doing something else but as a matter of courtesy he has to keep his appointment...ngeee n patient tadi dah siap bukak baju had ecg leads attached to his body sume terpaksa tunggu 1hr b4 he came..huhu...
owh dr tu sangat la tinggi n waktu die explain sume mende tu die punyer saliva terpercik2 kat my face..nurse tu pon same..owh terasa segala bacteria2 hinggap di pipi ini...balik umah terus bilas muke gile2 punyer ngan clinique..ngeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...ehehhe...ingat nak basuh kat changing room but emma was there and talked to emma pasal mende len n segan nak bukak tudung depan die sume...so menahan diri sampai la sampai umah..ngeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

1. 57 y.o gentleman, hx of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, unstable angina...
ECG showed ST elevation and wide P wave. The exercise stress test has been terminated cuz patient complaint of chest pain and left arm discomfort...
Diagnosis : Left atrial abnormalities..most likely left bundle branch block ( dr.mike bitauuu)

2. 64 y.o gentleman, hypertension
-terminated due to systolic bp >220
-has ST depression very eary during exercise
Dx : ischaemic heart disease
