Heat stroke.

Pagi tadi i took my shower in aju's toilet cuz my room was occupied with special guests from dublin..n sumpah air kat toilet aju super duper panas n dah adjust2 sket pon panas tapi best sebab pagi tadi sejuk...n lepas je keluar terus rase nausea, headache, dizziness n fatigue yg mmg sudden..terus terbaring..rambut pon xsempat nak lap sebab mmg sangat rase termuntah n ade hx muntah2 last week so xberani a...huhu...anyway adakah itu heat stroke?mild hyperthermia usually heat cramps and heat exhaustion..tapi my symptoms macam more towards heat stroke....nggak tau gue....
