lalala..mmg r...ENT kat sini mmg mantapness!!hahaha..went for a grand round today at 8am and sangat2 ngantok..1st case presented was about rectal prolapse and it was really2 mengantok cuz sumenye sal surgical stuff..i dont really like them..2nd case was ok cuz pasal haemorrhagic stroke..sangat teringat arwah tokwan..tokwan meninggal sebab haemorrhagic stroke...saye sangat sayang tokwan saye...sangat2 super duper sangat2 la sayang..he IS my idol and i love him so much!!he died when i was 7years old on 07th October 1991 and i stil kept each and every memories i had with him..
anyway, after the ward round i went to doctors room to leave all my stuff and change my lab coat...and then i head off to join the team for the ward round..ok 1st2 lagi die cakap ape
"u!i want u to write in doctors note about this patient"
bapak r????i never wrote any notes in patients' notes..pengsan xtau nak tulis ape..then die cakap la tulis objective, subjective, assessment n plan..but still???hahah..luckily breda, laura n onia were helpful..kalau x mati..dah la x jumpe patient tu semalam kan..and b4 he left me to write the notes, he told us,
"dont go to cafetaria after u finish write all those stuff..come straight away to my office"..
hehehehe.. a reminder to us..
after that masuk je bilik die he asked me.
"i havent met u yesterday..what's ur name?"
"my name is Aina"...myself replied.
pastu die cakap "ok aina..the 1st question for u today is tell me about the ESSENTIAL MANAGEMENT OF SINUSITIS"
hahahah and of course the 1st word that popup from my mouth was "antibiotic"..pastu explaination about antibiotic..lepas tu die still staring at my face..so have to come out with diff things..so cakap sal drainage bla bla...tapi still stare..pastu dh xtau nak cakap ape dah..hahahaha...lepas tu lagi banyak soklan die tanya..hahaha..sangat2 sangat2 banyak n sangat2 kene bace..hehehehe...ok sekian terima kasih..
hehe..we finished at 530pm today and we head off to debenhams n tesco..ok this place is quite big..ade tk max, carpet right, harvey sumting, n basically lagi besar dr cork la..hehe..owh n i met azeah n hamad today..about 7 3rd yrs are in the same hspital with us skang and they r doing medicine n surgery..kesian gile jauh2.heheh.tapi cam best cuz diorg belaja banyak..tapi yg kesian diorg dapat accomodation about 30mins walking hr from hospital while kiteorg less than 10mins walking hr...hehehe..medschool sayang 4th med lagi..hahahaahhaa..:P...papepon saye menghabiskan duit kat debenhams beli facial wash clinique n anti bacterial soap n dapat la free gifts..sebab nampak free gifts tu yg beli..plus mmg dh nak abis pon facial wash..tapi rasenye ni last batch kot yg beli cuz jerawat dh hilang dah..alhamdulillah..hope parut2 tu pon akan ilang pasni..hehhe..lagipon org clinique tu cakap u can stop from using the products once ur blemish fades away..so ok..hehe..alhamdulillah..
ok walaupon tralee cam best tapi saye nak balik cork sebab saye penat kat sini...kul 8 sampai 6 sangat penat ok.hahah..dah la berdiri je mostly tadi..huhu..owh tapi ade halal meal for lunch kat sini so xde prob sangat nak makan lunch..hehe..dinner maggi or roti je la...heheh..weekend ni i will cook sumting nice for myself..i deserve to eat sumting good..hehehehe..:P..
